This is by far the largest waste of money I could spend on Amazon.The product is cheaply made and very disappointing ..It heats for a few minutes then turns off. Having owned the same exact product in the 1990s I thought Sunbeam would continue their product excellence ...but I was definately wrong..and returning is such a hassle ...I dont drive so I have to rely on others and the nearest U P S store is 45 minutes away....VERY DISAPPOINTED! Doesn't anyone have honest product testers who will evaluate these honestly...and not someone who panders just to get a free product. Unless the company sells all their seconds on Amazon .......And I havent even gotten to the flimsy cover.....It is so thin the plastic seam from the heating pad sticks in your skin ...very uncomfortable..and of course this company is so big they will flit this from under their fingernails like a piece of dirt!
