I loved this heating pad. It worked so well, so soft and pliable. I liked the way it heated. I had it for 6 1/2 mos. and then out of the blue, it started blinking F. I unplugged it from the wall and then plugged it back in right away, did the same again and waited awhile before I plugged it back in. Still blinking. I unplugged the pad from its cord and then plugged it back in. The heating pad is in the trash and I don't know if I will buy another item from this company. They had asked me to post a review and they would send me a gift, it never came.
