Great for light duty shoveling and short people. I'm over 6' tall and the handle is way too short for me. It's better with the extra handle, but I think this product is best suited for people shorter than 5'9" or so. My main issue is the "wear strip" on the bottom. It certainly wears. Mine lasted about 3 days of shoveling before enough of the aluminum wore off that it lost it's grip and fell off. Aluminum is a very soft material so I don't know why they thought that was a good design choice, but hey, I'm just an engineer, so what do I know. The pros are that the poly scoop seems good and tough, so you don't have to worry about it cracking like other cheap shovels. The handles are also pretty nice and seem robust enough. Overall, I would NOT recommend this product to anyone except little old ladies that need something to clear their steps off with.
