I bought this item as a Christmas gift and didn't open it until today to wrap it for my EMT son. The item inside the Littman box with a Littman manual was not a Littman stethoscope. It's a cheap stethoscope. BEWARE, people! My son absolutely knew this was a rip off. A Littman stethoscope has the name brand on it and their inscription. Check the photo below. DO NOT PURCHASE!
