Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The handles for the bag unraveled the first time we lifted the tent. Even then, it is a manageable bag to carry. Set it up for the first time camping this weekend, worked well....until we took it down and saw that the nylon had tore away from the metal framing. I wanted this to be an amazing product that I tell everyone to buy, but based on the fact that it didn’t last longer than one use, it will end up in the garage. Great concept, poor workmanship and no way to reach the company to take them up on their “one year warranty” that they mention in their amazon product review. :(
