What the freak Amazon !
Usually I’m happy with amazon anything but this time I’m quite disappointed. I got the 14,000 BTU and have had it running all night. It cools but honestly not to what it should. I have a smaller pingüino unit that works 1,000x times and half the price. Save your time and money and get a different unit.
