This does not do a good job restoring anything black. A friend of mine just told me he bought it and said it is not good. So I turned him onto a discovery I made by accident. I use a Silicone spray to protect the rubber around the doors of my car. I accidently sprayed some on a black part of the car that BACK to BLACK was suppose to restore and the silicone spray turned it jet black, so I wiped it off and it stayed black, I said holy crap. So I used it on my bumper, I now have a new bumper and it's stayed that way for weeks so far. I used DuPont Silicone Spray.
