Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

[NOTE: I didn't rate Durability because I haven't had it more than a few hours.] I just received this product and I am exceptionally pleased. This is an extremely versatile tool that has solved many inconveniences I often experience while attempting to use my phone or tablet in awkward situations. - Reclining (couch, bed or hammock) - Reading in a Bath - Cooking - Riding a hoverboard - Painting (subject photo on iPad) I've only had this for a few hours, but already consider it to be an indispensable accessory. Although I haven't tried any other similar products from other manufacturers, I have seen several in stores and read many reviews claiming poor quality materials. This holder appears to be the most sturdy available. Providing separate holders for phone and tablet is an excellent design choice. It's usually much better to have holders specifically designed for a tablet or phone rather than one that tries to accommodate both. I especially appreciate the magnetic connectors for swapping out holders. The connection is strong, but easy to swap out. It also makes it easier to put over your head or around your waist if you can place the hanger before attaching the phone/tablet holder portion. Updated: March 8, 2020 Great disappointment. As it turns out, the durability is borderline nil. On the 10-15th use, the device holder broke where it connects to the magnetic ends of the snake. I managed to repair that with superglue and vowed to be more gentle when adjusting. Somewhere near the 20th use, the wire snake which comprises the majority of this product began showing signs that the metal inside the plastic coating had broken in two. I have put very little stress on this product and used it entirely as either an independent stand or hanging around my neck. It remains usable, but I'm exceptionally displeased with the overall durability (as many other reviewers have mentioned). Although the apparent design of this product seems excellent, the quality of materials involved are significantly inferior. After only a few months use, I would not recommend the purchase of this product.
