Summary: Understand the product description is wrong. And the tag states 100% cotton and 100% polyester, which is impossible by modern math standards. However, if you have no issue with a basic polyester pillow protector this is a high quality, relatively inexpensive product. There appears to be a very thin top layer of cotton on the outside of the the product, but the polyester is so thick underneath one has to ask 'why even bother' with the thin cotton as it can't serve any functional purpose. I give it 1 star as it is being sold as 100% cotton which is a outright lie. I would give it 4 stars if it were advertised as polyester and that is actually what I wanted. Pros: High quality, decent price. Cons: Probably about 95% polyester and about 5% cotton (this means it doesn't breath and will sleep hot)., because its polyester it will make noise with slight movements, not likely dust/mite proof .
