★★☆☆☆
It's okay, but #1 ingredient = sugar
This is okay as sweeteners go; it is sweet, pleasant tasting, and dissolves quickly. It does not have a very intense flavor of honey. In fact, it has a VERY mild taste. Coming from a family that kept bees for years, I've tasted honey that bees have made from sources ranging from clover and garden flowers, to mesquite, and even sorghum. This is fainter tasting than light clover honey, I think because it is not just honey, but cane sugar, honey, and fructose. The percentages of each are not specified, but since ingredients are listed in the order of their prevalence in a product, this product is, by definition, mostly cane sugar, followed by honey, followed by fructose. The health benefits of raw honey aren't going to survive canning, so unless there's a reason one doesn't want to deal with crystallized raw honey (which stores for a LONG time), I cannot think of a reason to use this again. I'm not a big fan here.
