Just another pillow, and certainly not worth the price. You could easily purchase a pillow at Target that costs considerably less and does a better job. I tried mine for several months after watching the TV infomercial, but recently tossed it in the trash. The "My Pillow" broke down and became lumpy, while providing very little, if any, support. I've gone back to a foam pillow and find it to be far superior. Just one person's opinion, but my advice would be to avoid this product.
