When I first received it, I didn’t get this til a week after I was sopposed to !! When I did get it, it was defective.. it has no operating system, the graphic card was not working, it kept turning off by itself, kept giving me no signal screen on my monitor and every TV in my home (5) ... amazon insisted that it was a defective one and they was sorry and sending me a new one, hopefully when I receive the new one it doesn’t give me the same problem. I will definitely keep y’all updated when I do !!! Amazon please don’t delete this comment either !! The people need to know these things for the future so nobody ends up like I did !!
