Not What You Think You're Getting
I was sorely disappointed when I began reading closely... The label clearly says Calcium Citrate, formulated for superior calcuim absorption. Upon further investigation, I discovered that it is only 85% calcium citrate, and the rest of the calcium is calcium carbonate, along with some harmless herbs and magnesium "for additional nutritive support." What? Where does it say that on the front of the bottle? Fortunately I am not allergic to any of the herbs, but my body does not absorb calcium carbonate. In fact, I was diagnosed with osteopenia. Then I began taking only calcium citrate, and I actually gained bone growth. Now, with these, I have to toss them so that I don't go back to bone loss. Very disapointed with SoraRay; I have purchased many other supplements from them without a problem. Just make sure you know what you're getting I guess.
