The Symphony from three years ago was the absolute best pillow I’ve ever had. But it was time to replace it, so I decided to get this one. I assumed that the Tempurpedic Symphony would in some way resemble the Tempurpedic Symphony, which was silly of me. It is unusable. It has no resemblance to the previous iteration. Lumpy, too mushy in some spots, and hard as a rock once you’ve sunk into it, this is a perfect example of every cheap knockoff that for years were sold at dodgy department stores. For whatever reason Tempurpedic decided to prove that they could make something worse and more uncomfortable than anyone else on the market. It’s sad, frankly. This was a major disappointment.
