Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Let me start off by saying that the only reason there are so many good reviews is because a card comes with this product that says you can get a free gift if you review their product. That being said I'm going to tell you the TRUTH. However, you are going to order this product anyways because it has over 2000 good reviews and how could so many people be wrong but as I said before, you are being lied to. Unfortunately you will only find this out after you have bought and used this product. This lotion sucks. I am no stranger to self tanner. I have reddish brown hair white skin and freckles. I do not go out in the sun to tan. Period. That being said, this lotion is extremely difficult to use. It is EXTREMELY thick and takes several minutes of rubbing to soak into your skin. It does stink a little but not as bad as other self tanners. After you sit there like a grease ball waiting for it to soak in and can finally get dressed, you have to wait several hours to see your tan. This is not abnormal for tanning lotion. However over the course of the next day you will find that your skin won't turn the MOST obnoxious shade but definitely a noticeable shade of ORANGE. Yes, I said it. The O word. It is definitely more orange than the better self-tanning lotions. Even my husband who as no special artistic eye told me I looked a little orange. Over the course of this lotion curing, you will also find that you have small white splotches on you. How has this happened? I literally have no idea. Especially because I understand that you have to exfoliate for self tanner to really go on well. I look like I'm suffering from some type of disorder though. These are not areas where I have totally missed lotioning. They are small spots just kind of all over. Very odd. The lotion is also more difficult than others I have used to blend well to the feet. I do not recommend this tanning lotion at all. I will not be buying it again. Like I said before. I INITIALLY wrote a good review after using the product once because I wanted to quickly receive a free gift. After using it several times though my opinion has vastly changed. I guarantee you that's what AT LEAST three quarters of the positive reviews are. They ask you to email them a good review. Then after they read it they ask you to copy and paste it on Amazon. Stay away. Do not buy. But you will, and will probably write a review too, and then you'll realize what a waste of money this product really is. Kind of sad that it will keep getting good reviews and people to buy their product even though it's terrible..
