Bought 4 of these just a few days ago. 1st thunderstorm and every single electronic device that was hooked up to these 4 surge protectors is fried! TV's, DVD players, Game consoles everything!!! Thank god my laptop was hooked up to another brand surge protector. As a matter of fact, everything that was on different brand surge protectors fared just fine. The only failures were on the Sanus surge protectors. I have been on the phone with Sanus twice now over a two day period and still have not heard back from Brandy at their claims department. DO NOT TRUST YOUR ELECTRONICS TO THIS BRAND! Update: Its been a few weeks and several phone calls to Sanus. Every person I have spoke to sends me to BRANDY at their so called claims department. All I ever get is an answering machine. No one has called back. Im beginning to think that Brandy is a answering machine on a filing cabinet that gets deleted every day. Ive given up hope that anyone from Sanus will ever contact me back.
