Not Worth It
I love Lakanto's monk fruit sweeteners. I don't love this product.
My biggest issue is the value. It's advertised as having over 400 servings (since it's super sweet, you'd theoretically use less of it). Meanwhile their liquid sweetener has about 330 servings, and frankly the level of sweetness is indistinguishable between the two. Yet this powder costs three times more the liquid. Worse, the powder is so fine that it flies everywhere (the packaging doesn't help at all), and every speck of powder that can't help but spill feels like money floating away on the air. Plus there's no real way to measure 1/64 of a teaspoon; if there is, I wish Lakanto would have provided it with the packaging. A dropper or something, I don't know.
And a very important note: The powder doesn’t dissolve in water, it just floats on the surface. Stirring with a spoon is a waste of time and so is shaking. I’d hoped to make my own liquid sweetener but it didn’t work out. For drinks like lemonade or sweet tea, I had to use my mini battery-powered hand stirrer to break the powder down and get it to mix in.
I'm super disappointed.
