the production of this product requires producers of it to cage live civets and feed them a diet made up of coffee cherries. they live years in small cages feeding off of a horrible diet just so you can have coffee that tastes almost no different than regular humane coffee. if you choose to continue supporting this no one can stop you but at least take a minute to think about the poor civets that live and die for the sole purpose of your coffee needs.
