while this Machine is nicely built and functions without any Problems, I noticed a strong chemical Smell from the Through brew Lid and the Seal from the Carafe which also transfers to the Coffee. However, if I brew without the Lid directly into the cup, the taste is pure coffee. Contacted Ninja Customer Service and was told I would receive a Return Shipping Label and the Machine would get replaced, I never received the Label. Even after placing 3 Phone Calls, they don't seem to be capable of emailing a simple Label! On a side note, I do receive promotional emails, so I know they have the correct email Address! I will return the Product and shop a different brand.
