I am sure this probably doesn't make this un-useable, however, the posted video shows it in a long tube rolled up. Mine arrived in a flat box that was 1/4th the size of the mat. Because the mat was folded in fourths, it has a permanent crease down the middle, as well as some rippling. When it arrived, I removed it from the box and immediately rolled it up hoping the creases would come out. It stayed rolled for a couple of weeks after purchase and today is the first time I have needed to use it. As you can see from the photos, it is still creased and rippled. Even the care instructions in the package says it should not be stored flat. So why ship it folded up in fourths and flattened?
