Useless! I would’ve been furious had I spent money on this. I like Bissel and I have several of their products including their carpet cleaning products. So I was really looking forward to getting this cleaner. I started off by giving it a full charge and following directions to add the cleaner and water. I primed it for 10 seconds as they recommend. First they tried it on a fresh stain on the rug. I went over and over and over that area using plenty of solution. It barely touched it. So I thought OK maybe it’s just better for floors so I tried it on my kitchen floor. It’s seem to pick up some debris that was on the floor, and it look like it was getting the floor wet but I didn’t really see it getting the floor clean. After looking and doing the entire kitchen floor, I looked at the dirty water bin and it was completely empty! So I looked at the manual and Bissell has a text-support and it was early enough so I tried texting Bissell for support. I got a response that they were overburdened at the moment and it was going to take a while. That was an hour ago. Stay away from this it will do nothing for you. So disappointing
