I love this cart BUT, the U.S. supplier, (i.e., Versacart.US out of New Jersey) sucks! I have written AND called them numerous times, over the course of several months, in an effort to locate and purchase a replacement liner, but they have NEVER responded! (I get an answering machine every time I call). I originally purchased my Versacart through Amazon but accidentally ruined the liner in a ringer washing machine. Don't wash it in a ringer machine! The frame is still intact and the wheels work great. It is very light-weight, easy to push, and easily folds up. I have difficulty walking and carrying things so this cart has really come in handy, especially with hauling routine groceries, and even somewhat heavy items, to & from my car. I live in a condo & share my cart with my neighbor, leaving it outside under an awning, between our units. It is terrific and quite durable (IF you don't wash it in a ringer washer!). It is MUCH better and sturdier than those wire-framed carts with single wheels that fall off (I know from experience!). The only possible improvement I'd recommend to the design of the cart is a brake, for it can roll if you park it on an incline. I just honestly can not recommend the Versacart company due to their horrific service. I would give the cart 5 stars and the company minus 5, if I could. (Please NOTE: I originally did receive it AS EXPECTED and timely through Amazon Prime, however.). The photos show WHY I need a new liner and why you should NEVER wash it in a ringer washer!!!!!!! 😁😩
