I ordered these after using and LOVING my sister's set. Initially they were great. They are meant to add volume, not crazy curls, and they did an amazing job. Two days ago, however, they stopped working. I plugged, unplugged, disconnected, reconnected.. and NOTHING. I logged on to find out the return instructions and it says my Return Window expired April 24th. These quit working April 28th. Awesome. I haven't noticed many other users stating they quit working and my sister's set is over a year old. Totally bummed bc these are too expensive to reorder. I have contacted Amazon asking to exchange the item. Since it is past the return window, all I can do is return it for refund minus restocking fee. It isn't like the item is a year old. It is barely over a month old. POOR customer service by Amazon.
