Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've been buying these New Balance shoes for my husband for at least 10 years from a local store without issues EVER. They no longer sell the size 16 I need so I came to Amazon to get them. NEVER AGAIN what is wrong with these? Are they factory rejects? Sole is splitting from the leather shoe after 5 weeks? No good at all, these were a total waste of money, they won't even last another month with this craftsmanship. I believe I deserve a refund or a new pair sent to me. This is completely unacceptable with a New Balance shoe. Completely unsatisfied buyer.
