Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After reading so many good reviews about this knife set, I decided to order it. However, when I opened the box, I found the following issues: 1. the cuisinart logo plaque is placed upside down on the knife block, 2. there are white stains in the knife slots, 3.there is a stained knife. With so many good reviews I see here, I believe I might have received a previously returned set that was defective. However, I still feel that its unforgivable that the staff doesn't check the products carefully before shipping them out...especially when something as obvious as an upside down logo is plastered unevenly on the front of the product!! Imagine if I sent it to a friend as a gift!! I didn't trust them to replace this to a brand new set so I just sent it back for refund.
