The showerhead is very nice quality. Highly polished stainless finish and its large size makes for a nice rainlike downpour.The accessory 11 inch arm however doesn't place the showerhead far enough from the wall.The shower head is 12 inches square and the provided extension arm threads to its center. So with a standard shower extension arm (that protrudes from the wall) the outside edge of the showerhead is only about eight inches from the wall. Also where the extension threads onto the arm that comes from the wall; the extension kept turning under the weight of the shower head (causing it to turn sideways) regardless of how much the nut was tightened. To resolve both issues I went to Lowes and bought a 18" shower extension tube arm to replace the short one from the wall and I bought a similar adjustable extension; (except one with a fixed nut instead of a rotating nut) to attach to it. (both were Jacuzzi brand for a total of about 40.00.) This placed the showerhead more in the middle of the shower away from the wall controls and made for a much more robust install to support this large showerhead. You may not have the same issues based on your needs but I believe an 18" extension arm with a fixed nut (not a swivel) would be more appropriate to come with this unit.The showerhead itself is really nice but don't rely too heavily on the use of the extension that comes with it.
