Wish I could give fractions of stars. This isn't quite perfect, but it's far better than 4 stars. It's compact and works very well. Build quality is high and it won't be destroyed when the wind flips it inside out. On that note though, I'd like it if it had vents for wind to help prevent this. But that's not why I'd give it a little less than 5 stars. This would be because it's a little too hard to close up. My girlfriend struggles a little bit to get the thing all closed up at the handle. Other than that, it truly deserves a perfect score. Just the right size to keep me dry without poking everyone I walk past in the city.
