I ordered several of these for my company offices. All three arrived within days and were securely packaged. Everything was included in each package and the chairs went together easily and without any problems. Each took me about ten minutes to assemble and extra hardware was included in each package as well. The quality of these chairs is quite good. They seem very solid and well made. They are comfortable enough for what they are, basic office desk chairs, but I also ordered one of the more expensive, reclining version for myself. I would recommend these chairs.
