The customer service with this company is amazing. And the splash pad itself is adorable. ****Originally purchased the space style. It broke in under 5 minutes, the part the hose attaches to ripped and flew off. I sent it back to be returned. I received an email apologizing for it breaking and offering a replacement since the first was faulty. The replacement came in and it’s the alphabet one. So far it’s holding up well. It seems much better quality. ****replacement broke on third use.****
