I had a bulk that went a bit out of control, so I am quite a bit fatter than I would like. It was tough finding an affordable belt that could fit my Tank Abbott body. Luckily this belt fits the bill. I knocked a star off because the chain, while fine for using with plates for dips and pull-ups, will tear up your barbell if you're doing belt squats. Just wrap a towel around the barbell and problem solved, but it's still a minor annoyance.
