When the folks at Plugable realized I was not happy with their product they contacted me right away to find the problem. After several hours of trying things including them sending me another cable to try we found the problem. It was a fluke with my XP that was causing the problem not the cable. For the time they spend helping figure out the problem they didn't make anything on the cost of the cable. It was all about customer satisfaction to this company and their employees. We sure could use a lot more of that in the County, this is a fact. Thanks to Aaron and the rest of the folks a Plugable for caring about the customer not just the "Bottom Line".
