If you don't want to see what is REALLY going on with your skin, do not buy this product! But, if you want to see every pore, stray hair, and things a dermatologist needs to check, then this is the mirror for you. I went through several mirrors before I found this one. The light is excellent, and the magnification is terrific--and yes--scary. Exactly what I wanted. And the price is amazing
