I had used this Natural Calm on/off for years, and every time I start I wonder why I ever stopped. It does great things for my nighttime state of mind and my sleep. With that said, the price adds up! Bulk Supplements' product is an equally effective and lower cost alternative to Natural Calm. Natural Calm costs over four times as much per milligram of Magnesium. Differences in texture and the ability to dissolve in water are due to an extra Magnesium atom per molecule. Bulk Supplements' product is technically Trimagnesium Citrate.
