I never write reviews, but for this I felt like I had to. This stuff is amazing. I read up on it and thought I'd give it a try because I lost a lot of my hair after pregnancy.. and I have thin hair to begin with. Granted I've been taking it since March (1 scoop a day), the amount of regrowth I've had is shocking. It isn't from anything else because I'm not taking any other vitamin. I will continue to use this stuff. I'm on my 3rd container of it and it's truly amazing. This picture was taken a couple days ago.. this is all regrown/new hair that looks like bangs. On both sides of my head and throughout my scalp.
