I had been looking for a good sturdy foam roller for awhile now.... one that didn't break the bank. Before I bought this, I ask some questions about how sturdy this was. I got some good answers and thank you to all those who responded. I absolutely love this foam roller. I have osteoporosis and am trying to keep that hump off my back. It is working out perfectly for a few exercises I am doing with it. Feels so good on my neck and shoulder area. I even have my Husband using it. He is no lightweight and it doesn't bend under his weight. These come in different sizes and colors. I bought the 36 inch long one in a purple color. Check out my video, I tried to show how nice this is... I didn't think about it but I should have stood on it to show how sturdy it is. At the end of the video, I showed the two main exercises I am doing to keep my back straight. If anyone has any other good ones... I would love to see them.
