I took some time before I was ready to review this sugar substitute since I purchased it for baking but haven't had time to bake, until today. I used it in one of my favorite dessert recipes and it did not disappoint me. The dessert tasted just as great as it does when I use sugar and much better than it tastes when I use Stevia. The granularity is very similar to sugar also so the top of my dessert (crustless coconut cream pie) browned nicely and had a nice crispy layer on top just like when I use sugar. This product is a winner for me! I just wish it was not so expensive. Before I repurchase I will have to search for some coupons or multi-pack savings bundles. I did not receive the email link to the the free recipes though. That was a disappointment!
