Scissors are just ok. Mine had a small knick in the blade but I was still able to use it. It has more of a rounded tip and I was expecting it to come to more of a point. Price is decent and it cuts hair so it does get the job done. UPDATE: Customer care reached out to me after seeing my review and offered their sincerest apologies for the knick in the blade. Not only did they contact me immediately following my review to apologize and make things right, they also gave me options to either a.) refund my total cost or b.) send new sheers. In addition they also told me to keep the sheers that were initially sent. I was extremely impressed by their customer service and eagerness to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I opted to get a new set of sheers and received them within days. The new sheers were in perfect condition. For the price, quality of these scissors and for their amazing customer service, I will be ordering from ULG again in the future! Thank you for truly wanting happy customers!
