None of the controls work. Plug it in and it reads the temp but the on/off switch, F/C controls etc, do not work. I've emailed the company, if they are responsive I'll adjust my rating. UPDATE. I am stunned. Just got a call from Bio Green from Germany, apologizing for the thermostat issue and promising to send a replacement unit. When I said I'd adjust my Amazon rating he told me to wait until I receive the replacement unit and am satisfied. Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced.
