Prep work is EVERYTHING. Yes, there is overspray (you are spraying paint). Cover anything and everything where you don’t want paint. The cost of this unit plus paint and all of the prep materials was far less than a pro would charge AND you get to have the equipment for future use. This is the first time I’ve even experienced a paint sprayer of any kind. Very intuitive to use. Follow instructions and you’ll have ZERO issues. Finished product meets/exceeds expectations. Semi-Gloss Behr Premium Plus leaves a great SMOOTH finish! Once you figure out volume and get the right tip and technique, the paint time took 2 hours and the prep/clean up (doing it the right way), took 14. So worth it in the end!!
