I couldn't write a review that would do it justice. I bought it at 2am after suffering from back pain for the third straight day and being unable to sleep. Been using it since I got it and its amazing. No issues. Ive had people try it and its amazing. Originally, i wanted to get one to lay on so it could really work deep. But this product has a molded plastic back which makes it completely rigid. No need to lay on it. It gets seriously deep. Best luxury product ever. Update #1, 2014: Almost a year on and this product is just as amazing as the day I bought it. I suffer from chronic back spasms in my lower back and behind my shoulders. This product has changed my life. I'm able to focus the massage on one area to work it out. What used to take over a week to heal now takes a few days (depending on the severity). I'm 6'1" and my wife is 5'9". It works perfectly for us. Whenever family and friends come over, they request to use it. It has a 15 minutes shut-off (to prevent overheating) so its nice. Otherwise no-one would get out of it. One tip: If you reach your hands behind your head and grab the back of it, it will beat the ever living knots out of your traps. It's seriously the best feeling in the world. Update #2 - 12-2015: After two years owning this product, I still can't say enough about it. This massager is directly tied to my qualify of life right now. I've had 5 low back sprains/spasms and 3 in my trap this year alone. I wouldn't know what to do without it. A new thing I have been doing is sitting on pillows to raise up a bit and help it hit the low-low-back. This has worked wonderfully. Just started physical therapy this year for my issues and my therapist was glad to hear that I had something like this. So the biggest part of this update is one of the neck massagers broke. The plastic molding actually cracked. I'm not all that chocked considering this thing has seen two years worth or work. I ended up contacting Zyllion customer service and they got back to me within a few hours letting me know they can get me a replacement. I almost fell out of my chair. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I also wish I had enough money to buy one for everyone I know. I'll post another update next year!
