I tend to tell people when I find something that I love. This is one of those products. Years ago I took Vitamin D in pill form. My body wasn't absorbing it well and so I switched to a liquid. Recently I went to reorder the product and the price has tripled. As I searched for a new product I came across GoNutrients. I love that it includes the Vit K which is really important for absorption. I also loved that I didn't need to take as much as the other product that I was using. I started taking it and I can say within the first two weeks I noticed a difference. I was sleeping better at night. I was also dealing with other body pains and healing from injuries from a car accident and the pain was improving. I found I was moving more freely. I would definitely recommend this product.
