I searched Amazon for weeks, reading reviews of various noise machines and trying to make the best informed decision. The reviews for this sound machine finally won me over and I could not be happier with my choice. This thing is absolutely amazing! I have been sleeping soundly since buying it. I have fallen asleep each night to a distant thunderstorm or in a field on a summer night. The sound is incredible! I cannot speak for the lullabys, the heartbeats or the fans because I haven't used them, but if you are looking for brilliant nature sounds to sleep by, look no further. This thing is fantastic!
