My 94 yr.-old father saw this (or similar thereto) advertised on TV and wanted it. He is always cold and, due to arthritis, has mobility issues especially due to knee and leg pain. Looked at various makes/models online and decided on this one. Have been very happy with it. While sometimes he has difficulty pressing the right button on the remote, the same buttons are on the machine itself and he can use those with his feet. He was really excited when it arrived and had me plug it in right away. The first day, he over-used it - like had 10 sessions, and had some pain from it the next day. Since then, he has used it 2 or 3 times everyday and no longer complains of leg pain. It has greatly improved his circulation in legs and feet. Since getting it, his feet no longer feel like ice cubes. This is a great investment!
