I was recommended this by my dermatologist for H.S. if you have H.S. this is a god-send. It helps clear up break outs. Dont spend the money on a $4 pump for the bottle but bottle a hand soap-to-form pump bottle and once you used the soap, fill your cleanse with it. It lasts so much longer and is way cheaper to buy in bulk.
