I've been taking these 6 months on a regular basis. I found them looking for a natural remedy for headaches. I knew the Tylenol combined with the wine was doing a number on my liver. That being said these have actually put enamel back on my teeth, and they appear whiter. The bottoms of my feet are softer, the skin on my arms look healthy instead of being covered with little red bumps. My face looks less sallowed out and basically there are a plethora of good things that have come from using these, and nothing bad.
