I seriously love this thing so much. It has MUCH more freedom than a coffee pot. Just throw in a cup, choose how MUCH, how STRONG, froth, hot cocoa, anything; it just...great. Now, I know a lot of people are upset about the whole feature in which only brand name Keurig k-cups will work. All the negative reviews made me unsure of making this purchase. However, a two second online trip to Google solved the problem for me with an EXTREMELY easy hack to get past that, allowing you to brew anything your heart desires. Step one: Place off-brand k-cup in Keurig Step two: Cut top off of used brand name k-cup Step three: Either place or tape brand name foil on top of off-brand Step four: Close, brew, and enjoy! (I have used the same foil over and over again, if placed correctly the hole will line up with the other one. You'll only need to cut off a brand name k-cup once every few months) Seriously guys, quit freaking out about the smallest things. It is NOT a low quality machine. So don't say "I would have given it zero stars!!" if the ONLY issue is that you "can't brew" your precious off-brand k-cups. That argument doesn't make sense because you absolutely CAN brew off-brand cups. I haven't had a single problem with my machine. But I HAVE had multiple people coming to my house to use it because they love it. Buy buy buy!!
