YES, THEY ARE VERY SHINY LIKE THE PIC
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I actually love these leggings! They are shiny just like the pic, stretchy, and fit perfect. Only thing I would change is to make the waist band a little thicker. Great leggings for a great price.
