I'm a 62-year-old well-educated, voracious, eclectic reader, though my first and last reading passion is sci fi. I seldom review books, and in my responsible life, I NEVER stay up all night reading a book from start to finish. This one, I did. As soon as I woke up (this afternoon), I hit "1-click buy" for the next 2 in the series, Contact and Colonization. 'Nuff said.
