To preface, I'm a reviewer elsewhere and lately have been testing out a wide variety of product, the Dreametech W10 included. I'm going to give you a very basic breakdown of the past two weeks with this mop existing at my father's house, and this is not a final review. 1) mopping - it's the best I've ever used. The spinny brushes do what no robot drag mop has done and actually mop and clean. Drag mops are ok, but they're mostly good for dusting/daily. 2) fast mapping - until you've reviewed 5-10 of these things in a year you won't appreciate it, but you can have a map made of your house very quickly and start defining rooms before the first full clean 3) the vacuuming portion is unremarkable. It works. It cannot handle my dad's shag entry mat. Only a couple of vacuums have. This is a lot of shag though. For anything else it's an average or possibly slightly above average robot vac. 4) the design, when you have the mop heads attached they can catch the edge of a rug and cause bunching. While I don't think the catching is fixable, I believe the firmware can be updated to realize when it's grabbing and pushing a rug. I've seen it on other robot vacs. 5) self cleaning mops and water tank refills is great and all, but not having an auto-emptying dustbin feels a little wrong. You don't have to deal with foul mop water very often as it stores it in a tank, but you do have to empty the vacuum compartment fairly regularly. So, you're looking for a mop robot that is possibly the best, this is possibly it. For the best vacuum out there, this is not quite it. Lack of Google Assistant skills also makes me sad, this is Alexa's domain only at the moment. If deeper mopping's your thing, this. If you're more balanced I'd be looking at a combo vac with a retractable mop pad that vibrates. Also please understand, I paid nothing for this, receive nothing for this other than my dad gets to test out yet another robot vac, and my review is ongoing and the above based on about two weeks of use at my dad's house where his kitchen floor is the primary focus (and it's doing good).
