This past summer, my 15 year old daughter had terrible acne. We had been to the dermatologist numerous times with different creams and antibiotics prescribed throughout the year. She was miserable, did not want to leave the house. I read a particular review from a mom whose daughter seemed to be experiencing the same issue. I purchased a bottle about 4 weeks ago and just repurchased our second bottle. After a couple weeks, I started noticing a difference in my daughters skin. The texture seemed better, less bumps/cysts. She no longer has chest or back acne. I think she noticed a difference as well as she kept on asking me to refill her pill box. Now 4 weeks in, the texture of her skin still is improving, not as red. My husband just today said what an improvement he has noted. My daughter has been so self conscious and she is now taking instagram pictures again. Hopefully this will continue to help her. Here is what she does on a daily basis. This might not work for everyone but I found this works. I purchased a large daily pill box. I put in 8 capsules of a pantothenic acid, 1 capsule organic cod liver oil, and 50 mg zinc. My daughter says the zinc upsets her stomach sometimes. I told her to try taking halves. She takes half of the capsules in the morning and other half at dinner. She is still using Tarozatene cream but I really think this regimen is what is helping her. I will follow back in another month with an update. Seeing your child have to deal with bad acne is just heartbreaking. It’s like you will buy anything to help them.
